Ok, is it that hard to be nice on the phone? My job requires that I call lots of people to collect and confirm company information, so I deal with a lot of secretaries. Now is it that hard to be polite on the phone? Every now and then you call one who seems to dispise you for calling. “What? What do you want?” Well, not that rude, but still, no manners what-so-ever. I’m being polite to you, can you return the favour? Who knows, I could move on up in the world and be your boss one day!
