Don’t you just love it when a good night happens out of the blue? Got together with my Ultimate teammates for a few drinks after practice last night and it ended up being really good. Obviously it was great seeing all my teammates in one spot again but some of them getting to be really good friends now, which is bound to happen when you spend 24 hours a day for a week together. After a while there were only 4 of us left, but sometimes that’s all you need to have a good time.
A few things that need to be mentioned:
- Ginger Beer is foul stuff, Gav is never in charge of getting beer again.
- We managed to check out the last half of Renny Field’s set in the beer garden, it’s the 4th time I’ve caught these guys, they’re really cool, if you haven’t heard them, check out their site for gigs and sample music, I highly recommend it.
- GAME ON! (sorry, I know it’s bad to do inside jokes, but it had to be done)
