I know that some people steal designs from other sites, but this is a little too much, except for the title graphic, the graphics are all from biddlebigs.com and the site looks like it’s supposed to do the same thing as csszengarden.com, not to mention it has the same domain name (minus the ‘zen’ part).
UPDATE: the site is no longer up, guess he realized that people were catching on to what he was doing
