Here’s a photo from a recent trip to Amsterdam for business. I usually go a day or so ahead of my meetings so that I’m not snoozing in them. It’s a great opportunity to wonder around and take some shots.
When I got to the hotel (at 8am) my room wasn’t ready because the hotel was booked from the night before due to all the marathon runners. So I checked out the docks behind it. Here’s the main pary of the hotel, there’s a mini high rise to the right which adds about 4 or 6 floors.
