Nothing says cottage country like a big ol’ fire. I was up at a friend of a friend’s place for the Canada long weekend and there were a couple bonfires had. But actually the last night we cheated because it was cooler than normal and the bugs were out in full force, so this was a semi-indoor fire. Actually it was totally indoors, but it was nice. Don’t worry, we didn’t light the place on fire, it was in one of those big iron things that they use during the winter to keep the place warm. I don’t know what they’re called off the top of my head, but you know what I mean.
